Danny Michel and Steve Poltz, who met at a Canadian folk festival over a decade ago, have become close friends and collaborators, known for their unique and spontaneous live musical experiences. On this fall tour, they will each perform their own solo sets, followed by impromptu collaborations that "sweeten the evening" with their carefree and fearless approach. As Canadian Beats’ Jenna Melanson writes, "You have to be there to see it LIVE. Expect the unexpected!"

His thoughtful lyrics and earnest performances have earned him a dedicated following. A musical chameleon, he effortlessly transitions between genres, showcasing his adventurous and fearless spirit. He has been praised as "a master at striking the right balance between unpredictability and meeting expectations, leaving audiences wanting more as soon as it’s over." Danny's single "Don't Be So Hard On Yourself," from his album Ghost Town, was voted the #1 Fan Voted Song Of The Year on CBC Music's Top 20 in 2022.
