As wildfires continue to displace families and threaten communities across Saskatchewan, broadcasters from across the province are coming together for a united day of action — a province-wide Radiothon in support of the Canadian Red Cross and wildfire evacuees, happening Thursday, June 12.
Saskatchewan Day Of Caring For Wildfire Evacuees is a collaborative effort that will see radio stations across Saskatchewan dedicating airtime throughout the day to raise funds and awareness for those impacted by the 2025 Saskatchewan wildfires.
Funds raised during the Radiothon will go directly to the Canadian Red Cross Saskatchewan 2025 Wildfires Appeal.
Every radio station and media outlet across the province, from Kindersley to Yorkton, Shaunavon to La Ronge, Saskatoon to Regina will be giving the people of Saskatchewan the opportunity to show their care and concern for our province.
