The Town of Petawawa is excited to host a youth entrepreneur market at the Petawawa Container Market.
This market coincides with the final day of the municipal entrepreneurship camp, where children aged 8-12 learn from local business owners and industry representatives about business and entrepreneurship.
As part of the week-long camp, participants make products that they can sell at the market.
The market event teaches the youth how to price and sell their wares.
Proceeds from market sales go to a worthy local cause determined by the campers. In the past, the Petawawa Pantry and OSPCA have been beneficiaries.
