The Renfrew County Community Poverty Action Network
CPAN’s Operation Snowsuit helps children and youth across Renfrew County stay warm and protected throughout the winter by providing essential clothing such as snowsuits, winter coats, boots, hats, and mittens.
Supported by generous donors, community partners, and volunteers, the program reduces the financial strain on families experiencing hardship while ensuring young people can safely participate in school, outdoor activities, and daily life with comfort, confidence, and dignity.
